MEET RUDY
Roderick “Rudy” Bankston is an educator, entrepreneur, restorative justice practitioner, and author whose life embodies resilience and transformation. A survivor of the school-to-prison pipeline, his story confronts powerful themes of identity, equity, justice, and healing. Wrongly convicted at 19 and sentenced to life, Rudy spent 20 years in prison before winning back his freedom, emerging as a voice for change and a force for community restoration.
