Our Vision
We envision a world where every person and every relationship is valued, nurtured, and honored. A future that courageously learns from the past, acknowledges its influence on the present, and actively dismantles the systems and beliefs that bind individuals and institutions to a status quo rooted in white supremacy. Our vision is one of liberation, healing, and collective responsibility where humanity is centered and justice is lived.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote intersectional equity and justice for all through an unapologetically anti-oppression lens. We build and restore relationships through restorative practices that honor each individual’s humanity, voice, and lived experience. Through coaching and mentoring both in group and individual settings, we support personal growth and collective transformation. We partner with public, private, and nonprofit organizations to cultivate cultures where people feel a deep sense of belonging, dignity, and significance. Grounded in restorative justice, our work remains both hopeful and resolute, ensuring that every person has the opportunity to be heard and to meaningfully contribute.
Our Values
We believe that while we are all wounded, we each carry the seeds of healing within us. Every person is worthy of love, relationship, and community, and every voice and story deserves to be heard. We recognize that we are whole human beings continually evolving and growing. Our work prioritizes heart work alongside head work, honoring the balance between emotional intelligence and critical thought. Above all, we affirm that oppression will not end unless it is intentionally disrupted and dismantled.
